- Explorers is a fully licensed themed café restaurant which is open every day from 10.15am. It offers a wide choice of food options from cakes, sandwiches and snacks to hot cooked meals. Full time Chef, Dave Tavernor cooks popular family favourites such as lasagne, chilli con carne, mild chicken masala and steak and kidney pie, as well as more adventurous daily specials and delicious home made soups.
- Lighter lunch options include jacket potatoes, a range of quiches and a large salad bar. Vegetarian and gluten free options are always available.
- There is a wide range of children and toddler meals such as macaroni cheese, chicken nuggets, fish goujons and sausages and beans, all with a choice of vegetables (not just chips!). A good selection of baby food is also available.
- Drusillas holds the Wealden District Council “Only the Best” award for excellence in food safety.
