Facilities

Parent and Baby rooms
are located opposite Mokomos Jungle Rock and opposite Explorers Lagoon. Baby changing facilities are also available at the zoo entrance, Explorers Restaurant and in Playland.

A nappy vending machine
is located in the Parent and Baby room opposite Explorers Lagoon.
•
Sanitary products
are available in the Ladies toilets in the main toilet block opposite Explorers Lagoon.
•
Anadin
vending machine is located in the ladies toilets opposite Explorers Lagoon.
•
Accessibility
– The Park is totally accessible to buggies and wheelchair users.
Visitor Guidelines
•
Unaccompanied Children Under 16
- Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed entry to the park unless accompanied by a suitable adult
•
Playland
has been especially designed for children 12 years and under. Playland is an unsupervised adventure playground and accompanying adults should supervise their children
•
Lost children
– In the event of a lost child please report to Mungos Trading Post. We have a clear policy and procedures in place for finding children quickly.

Lost property
– Please report lost items to the zoo entrance (on day of visit) or alternatively call

First Aid
– We have a First Aid room and qualified first aiders on site
•
Picnics
permitted in designated areas only

Dogs
- No pets (except Guide Dogs) are allowed in the Park. Sorry, no kennel facilities

Car Parking
- Free of charge. Cars are parked at your own risk.

• Drusillas Park is accessible to all with wheelchair routes and low level viewing
• 'Sensory Trail' with booklet
• Wheelchairs available on request - subject to availability
