Half Term Events at Drusillas Park

As the kids break up for half term, get ready to soak up a full helping of fun at Drusillas Park in East Sussex.  The award winning zoo has over 100 amazing animal species, oodles of exciting play equipment and an action packed calendar of events to entertain your little monkeys during the school holidays.

Creep down to the zoo on Sunday 26th May and meet some amazing mini monsters.  The Discovery Centre, open between 11am and 4pm, will be swarming with weird insects, slimy molluscs and scary spiders and experts from the British Tarantula Society will be available to answer your questions.

The Fat Controller will cause a locomotion when he alights at the Park on Bank Holiday Monday 27th May and Saturday 1st June. Make tracks to Tidmouth Hault and enjoy photo opportunities with Sir Topham Hatt himself as he takes control of the efficient running of the Thomas & Friends™ railway.

Captain Barnacles will also be making a splash when he visits Drusillas on Wednesday 29th May. Embarking on another fun filled adventure, the brave leader of the Octonauts will dive into the action to complete a meet and greet mission as he appears at intervals during the day.

Plus fly into Drusillas on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd June for your chance to see free flying parrots, hornbills and magpies in the new and exclusive 'World of Wings' bird show! There will be two LIVE shows at the Events Arena at 12:30 and 14:30 daily.

With all this, plus the usual animal magic, Drusillas Park is doing nothing by halves during the half term holidays.
