Scam Email Notice
⚠️Beware of Scam Email Offers⚠️
PUBLISHED 19/01/26
Drusillas customers have recently been re-targeted by scam emails. These emails are not genuine and have not been sent by Drusillas.

We wanted to share a few reminders to help you recognise scam or phishing emails:
✅ Email address: We will never contact you from Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail or other free platforms. Official Drusillas emails are only sent from @drusillas.co.uk or @drusillaspark.co.uk.
✅ Payments: We will never ask you to make payments using services such as Paysafecard or via email. All legitimate transactions are handled securely via drusillas.co.uk or tickets.drusillas.co.uk.
✅ Communication: We will never ask you to reply to a marketing email to arrange payment or ticket purchases.
What you should do:
- Do not engage with the email or click any links.
- Mark the email as spam or phishing in your inbox.
- Report suspicious emails by forwarding them to [email protected].
We want to reassure you that:
- No visitor payment card information has been compromised.
- The issue originated from a third-party system used by Drusillas and other organisations, not from Drusillas systems themselves.
- The matter has been reported to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected].
