Please note some important information regarding Gift Vouchers:

• Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended
• Please note that Gift Vouchers CANNOT be used for online bookings.
• Gift Vouchers can be used towards the cost of zoo entrance, club membership, animal adoptions, keeper for the day, close encounters & any shop or café within the Park.
• Flexi-Tickets tickets can be used for one adult, child or senior citizen for daily entry to the Park.
• Lost or misplaced vouchers cannot be reissued
• We do not accept personal cheques as payment
• There will be an additional charge for Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class delivery
