Membership Renewals Post-Covid

As part of our post-covid reopening plan, we extended any annual memberships that were affected by the national lockdowns by the number of days we were closed for.

This will mean, for many of our members, a significantly extended expiry date than was originally printed on your membership cards.

As you can imagine, with thousands of members, all with different extensions in relation to how their membership fell within the multiple lockdowns, and all new expiry dates, it became extremely complicated and we spent a long time working on this with our systems provider before we reopened.

The system we have doesn't have the ability to generate emails or letters, and we whilst we have always done this manually as a gesture of goodwill, over this last year we've been unable to send these out due to the complexity of the membership data and the difficulty the extensions have created. 

Although you would have received general update emails on membership extenstions, we advise all of our members to please get in touch with our team to confirm your new expiry dates.
