• All Memberships will be back-dated to begin from the original visit date for standard Day Tickets.
• Offer not available in conjunction with Tesco Vouchers, Kids Pass, or any third party tickets or vouchers.
• Offer not availble in conjunction with VIP Experience tickets.
• Digital Flexi-tickets can be accepted within 14 days of original purchase date, not chosen visit date. Membership will begin from original purchase date.
• We are unable to accept physical Flexi-tickets for Membership Reversals.

• If choosing Gold Membership, please note the opening times for our optional activities vary throughout the year.
• For Disabled + Carer Memberships please provide one of the accepted documents detailed here.
